CAPE CORAL, Fla., June 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- (TIGE) – Tigrent Inc. announced that the results of the shareholders' votes for the Company's 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on June 6, 2013 in Denver, Colorado have been certified. 

The shareholders voted to re-elect each of the Company's four incumbent directors: James K. Bass, J. Hunter Brown, Anthony C. Humpage and Murray A. Indick.  Additionally, the shareholders voted to ratify the appointment of Crowe Horwath LLP as the Company's independent public accounting firm for the 2013 fiscal year ending December 31, 2013.
